According to ProFootballTalk.com, a league source says that the Oakland Raiders have reached an agreement with 49ers tackle Kwame Harris.
Harris is the second former Niner to reach an agreement with another team. Justin Smiley reached an agreement with the Dolphins just as free agency started.
