Defensive lineman Solomon Thomas has been fined $21,056 for a hit last weekend on Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton during the San Francisco 49ers' 41-17 victory, according to Jay Morrison of The Athletic.

Thomas was hit with a 15-yard roughing-the-passer penalty at the end of the first quarter after Dalton threw a short pass intended for running back Joe Mixon. The Bengals ended up punting on the drive.
Thomas finished the game with three tackles and a sack.
