The San Francisco 49ers have started their 53-player roster cut-down. Below is a list of the players who are reportedly being let go by the 49ers. It will be updated as roster moves are reported. The 49ers have until Saturday at 1 p.m. PT to get down to the 53-player roster limit.

It is worth noting that TE Garrett Celek remains on the Active/Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list and is a candidate to land on injured reserve. LS Kyle Nelson will have to serve the remaining six games of his 10-game suspension to start the season.
