The San Francisco 49ers helped kick off the NFL's Crucial Catch campaign on Tuesday with a fashion show at Levi's Stadium presented by Dignity Health. The approximately 25 models were paired with 49ers players as stories of their strength and courage were shared with those in the audience.
One of the models was two-year-old cancer survivor, Tatum, who C.J. Beathard carried down the runway. NFL Network's MJ Acosta shared the heartwarming video of the 49ers quarterback with Tatum.
