The Atlanta Falcons announced via Twitter that they have signed former San Francisco 49ers tight end Logan Paulsen.

Paulsen initially joined the 49ers on a one-year deal at the start of free agency on March 9, 2017. He appeared in 14 games with one start for San Francisco but did not have a reception on two offensive targets.

Paulsen entered the NFL with the Washington Redskins as an undrafted free agent out of UCLA in 2010. During his six NFL seasons (Paulsen missed 2015 due to injury) before joining San Francisco, he had 82 catches for 816 yards and six touchdowns.
