The San Francisco 49ers are off to a good start against the Tennessee Titans at Levi's Stadium and own a 13-3 lead. The first touchdown came on a five-yard pass from quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo to tight end Garrett Celek in the second quarter.

"Touchdown, Celek Time," the CBS broadcast crew said following the score.

Sunday's matchup against the Titans is Garoppolo's first home start of his 49ers career.

Following the score, Garoppolo has completed 16 of his 21 passes for 158 yards and a touchdown. He has now passed for the most yards in a 49ers quarterback's first three starts in franchise history, a record previously held by Blaine Gabbert, who had 767 in his first three outings in 2015.
