San Francisco 49ers rookie tight end George Kittle left Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals with an injury suffered during the first quarter. The FOX television broadcast reports that Kittle was taken into the locker room for X-rays on his leg and has been declared questionable to return.
Kittle is being replaced by Garrett Celek and another rookie tight end – Cole Hikutini. He had one catch for 14 yards before leaving the game. This season, Kittle has 24 receptions for 250 yards and a touchdown.
