There is some concern surrounding the availability of TE George Kittle for Monday's matchup. Neither he nor K Robbie Gould was on the field for Friday's practice.
Kittle is recovering from knee and ankle injuries suffered last week against the Arizona Cardinals while Gould is dealing with a quad strain sustained during Tuesday's practice. Neither injury is expected to be a long-term issue.
"He injured both his knee and ankle," general manager John Lynch said of Kittle on Friday morning. "I think the prognosis is good in terms of nothing long-term, and we all know, with George, he's as tough as they come. He wears these trainers out. He's here from morning 'til night. He's doing his best because every game is a huge game for him."
As for Gould, head coach Kyle Shanahan discussed his status on Thursday.
"I think he's got a chance to play Monday," Shanahan said. "If not, we expect him back the following week."
CB Ahkello Witherspoon (foot, quadricep) and TE Levine Toilolo (groin) were limited on Friday after missing practice on Thursday.
"He's working on some stuff with the performance staff, and that's going to go all the way up to game day," defensive coordinator Robert Saleh said of Witherspoon on Friday.
LB Kwon Alexander (pectoral), who was placed on injured reserve this week and had surgery on Tuesday, was on hand to observe practice.
Below are Friday's practice participation reports for both the 49ers and Seahawks, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff.
