The 49ers look relatively healthy heading into the season finale. Only defensive end Elvis Dumervil and tackle Joe Staley did not practice. Both were simply given their typical veteran days off.
As expected, linebacker Reuben Foster and safety Adrian Colbert were limited following injuries against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Head coach Kyle Shanahan told reporters on Tuesday that both are expected to play on Sunday.
"We came out (of Sunday's game) pretty good," Shanahan told reporters. "... We had Reuben who got another stinger. He'll be limited this week with it but he should be alright for Sunday. And Colbert had an AC sprain so he'll be limited also but should be ok for Sunday too."
On Wednesday, Rams head coach Sean McVay said he would not play quarterback Jared Goff, running back Todd Gurley, defensive tackle Aaron Donald, offensive tackle Andrew Whitworth, center John Sullivan, among others.
