General manager John Lynch joined KNBR on Thursday night and shared how that went over with the 49ers head coach.
"We all sang to him in the team meeting room," Lynch said on the "Tolbert & Lund" show. "He didn't like that, really. He just wanted to get out. He said, 'I'll make sure to sing to every one of you on your birthday too.'
"I think Kyle's real focused on putting a game plan together against a really good Tennessee team so he didn't really want to talk about it much but we made him at least think about it a little."
We suppose it's good to hear that Shanahan's focus is 100-percent on Sunday's game.
