The 49ers announced today the All-Pro inside linebacker sustained a season-ending Achilles injury in a 24-17 loss to the Cowboys on Sunday. Bowman, who sustained the non-contact injury in the third quarter, was carted to the locker room and was wearing a walking boot after the game. With Bowman out, they averaged 8.0 yards per play (27-216) and 6.4 yards per carry (19-122) before three game-ending kneel-downs by quarterback Dak Prescott.
