Brandon Aiyuk isn't the only San Francisco 49ers player being mentioned in trade chatter around the NFL. According to Michael Silver of the San Francisco Chronicle, several teams are also reaching out to inquire about the availability of wide receiver Deebo Samuel.
"In the course of trade conversations about Brandon Aiyuk, numerous teams are inquiring about fellow 49ers WR Deebo Samuel's availability," Silver reports. "The 49ers would likely have to be blown away by the offer to make that move. Fluid situation, though."

Numerous NFL teams reportedly reached out to the San Francisco 49ers before and during the draft to inquire about the team's star wide receivers, Brandon Aiyuk and Deebo Samuel. Josina Anderson of CBS Sports reports that the New England Patriots were among the teams that had "preliminary trade discussions" about Samuel.
"In general, when teams explore potential transactions with other clubs, finding middle ground on compensation can be challenging," wrote Anderson. "There are always many considerable factors on why the price should possibly be one thing, or another."

With the 2024 NFL Draft now concluded, San Francisco 49ers general manager John Lynch and head coach Kyle Shanahan have turned their attention to signing undrafted free agents.
Despite their potential talent, these players were not selected by any team during the draft process. Teams then have the opportunity to sign them to contracts, typically for minimal salaries. The selection of former Florida wide receiver Ricky Pearsall came as a surprise to most. There were plenty of surprises in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft, with several teams deviating from projections in mock drafts.
Undeterred, a couple of analysts have put together their projections for Day 2 of the draft following the aftermath of the first round.
Dane Brugler of The Athletic believes the 49ers will use the second-round pick, No. 63 overall, to bolster their defense. He projects former Georgia cornerback Kamari Lassiter to join San Francisco with the selection.
