The banner reads "Hold Jed Accountable," referring to 49ers CEO Jed York.

Earlier this season, a similar banner flew over the stadium prior to the 49ers' matchup against the Arizona Cardinals. It read, "Jed & 49ers Should Mutually Part Ways."
During that earlier anti-York protest, Stadium officials had the plane contacted and requested that they depart, to which the plane said no, citing free speech.
