San Francisco 49ers DT Glenn Dorsey was carted off of the field in Seattle on Sunday afternoon. Dorsey went down early in the first quarter of the team's game against the Seahawks at CenturyLink Field. The injury was to his right knee and he went down without much contact on the 49ers' first defensive play of the game.
Dorsey was eventually listed as OUT for the remainder of the game and it is believed that the injury to his knee is serious. FOX reported that he was in a considerable amount of pain as he was carted into the locker room.
Dorsey's injury appears to be to his right knee/leg; not much contact when he went down.
