It was not a good night in Houston on Saturday for the 49ers, who left Reliant Stadium with a 20-9 loss to the Texans and two of their running backs hobbling on bad left legs. There also was a special teams breakdown to throw in with a sluggish offensive performance, sending the Niners limping home with plenty to both worry about and improve upon with the preseason half finished.
