Ted Ginn visits Lions, leaves without a contract

Ted Ginn finished his visit with the Detroit Lions this afternoon but is leaving town without a contract.
"I enjoyed myself here today," Ginn said. "A great group of coaches all the way around. As far as a commitment, it's just a little early right now. I'm going to see my options, but I like the Lions."
Ginn, who played the last two years with the San Francisco 49ers after starting his career with the Miami Dolphins, said he doesn't know of any other visits he has scheduled, but he plans "to take it slow, take my time and just stick with it."
