Jim Harbaugh will do just about anything to get a step up on the competition. Among other things he has incorporated into his diverse offense this year with the 49ers, Harbaugh is using Fly formations that he borrowed from a nearby high school coach. It's one of the several innovations the Niners are using this season to keep opponents off balance and give their offense more chances to succeed.
