SEATTLE — Outside the 49ers locker room after the team’s 41-6 NFC divisional-round playoff loss, John Lynch greeted players and staff, often with hugs, handshakes and a warm smile. It was not that Lynch was pleased with the historically lopsided loss to the Seattle Seahawks on Saturday at Lumen Field, but the general manager saw positives in the roster they assembled, throughout the team’s remarkable season. “This was the best group I’ve been around in my career, even considering the one that won it all — the one that went all the way,” Lynch told NBC Sports Bay Area. “These are great men.” Only seven players on the 49ers roster were able to notch starts in all 17 games of the regular season — Christian McCaffrey, Kyle Juszczyk, Deommodore Lenoir, Dee Winters, Colton McKivitz, Kalia Davis and Dominick Puni. All but Winters were starters in both playoff contests.
