49ers hold on for 23-19 win in Philadelphia

The Eagles won't be the next team to win back-to-back Super Bowl titles. Christian McCaffrey scored two touchdowns in the second half and the 49ers defense was able to come up with a fourth down stop in the final minute to seal a 23-19 road win. The victory sets the 49ers for their second visit to Seattle in the last three weeks and they'll be hoping for a different outcome than the loss they suffered against the Seahawks in Week 18.
