The NFL on Saturday slapped 49ers cornerback Deommodore Lenoir with a fine of $11,593 for a late punch-out attempt in Week 16.Lenoir was penalized 15 yards for unnecessary roughness during the game and also received a fine for taking a jab at the ball after Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor had already been tackled.
