SANTA CLARA — The 49ers might need every minute of their later start time on Sunday to make a decision about tight end George Kittle’s availability.Kittle did not practice on Friday, missing his third consecutive practice, but the team listed him as questionable to play Sunday night against the Chicago Bears.With a 5:20 p.m. start time on Sunday Night Football at Levi’s Stadium, Kittle has a few more hours of recovery to be available. Teams must submit their list of inactive players 90 minutes before game time.The 49ers ruled out cornerback Renardo Green due to a neck injury, while wide receiver Ricky Pearsall is also listed as questionable with ankle and knee issues.Kittle, who was named to his seventh Pro Bowl this week, had his best game of the season before exiting at the start of the fourth quarter on Monday night against the Indianapolis Colts. He had a season-high 115 yards on seven receptions in the 49ers’ 48-27 victory.Kittle was brought down with two borderline hip-drop tackles in the game.
