The 49ers elevated two players from the practice squad to bolster the team’s defense heading into Sunday’s game against the Tennessee Titans.Defensive tackle Sebastian Valdez and linebacker Jalen Graham were flexed to the active roster to be available to play in the 49ers’ Week 15 game at Levi’s Stadium.Valdez, an undrafted rookie from Washington, is in line to make his NFL regular-season debut. The 49ers previously elevated Valdez for their Week 9 game against the Los Angeles Rams but was declared inactive 90 minutes before the game.Graham has been elevated from the practice squad for the 49ers’ past two games due to an injury to starting middle linebacker Tatum Bethune. The 49ers will be without linebackers Bethune (ankle) and Nick Martin (concussion), whom the 49ers ruled out for Sunday’s game.Graham played 21 snaps of special teams in the 49ers’ victories against Carolina and Cleveland.The 49ers on Saturday also announced that running back Christian McCaffrey has been downgraded to questionable due to a back condition.
