According to the NFL transaction wire, the San Francisco 49ers made a few roster moves on Tuesday. They re-signed offensive lineman Isaac Alarcón and defensive end Robert Beal Jr. to the practice squad. The team also released defensive tackle Bruce Hector from the practice squad in a corresponding move.
In addition, the 49ers worked out four players, including three defensive backs.
Tryouts:
Despite being hit hard by injuries this season, the 49ers still hold a slim lead over the Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks in the NFC West with a 4-2 record, bolstered by head-to-head wins against both rivals.
San Francisco dropped its Week 6 matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers but will look to bounce back on Sunday Night Football when the team hosts the Atlanta Falcons at Levi's Stadium.
