The 49ers have some substantial concerns with the health of their wide receiving corps heading into a short week against the Los Angeles Rams.Kyle Shanahan spoke on Monday via conference call, following the team’s 26-21 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars, and discussed Ricky Pearsall leaving the game with a knee injury and Jauan Jennings suffering a rib contusion.“We won’t do one full-speed thing the whole week with everybody healthy or injured,” Shanahan said. “That really doesn’t change anything with those guys. Hopefully they’re healthy enough to go walk-thru. If they’re not, then you give them until Thursday on such a short week, and hope they’re ready to go then. And if not, we’ve got to go with the guys behind them.”Pearsall returned to the game for one play after the injury, and then did not return. Jennings was seen attempting to stretch his right side, and later returned to the game.
