Jauan Jennings exited in the fourth quarter with an apparent left arm injury, following an illegal contact penalty by Seattle. The 49ers announced the receiver is questionable to return due to a left shoulder injury.

TE George Kittle (hamstring, out)
George Kittle entered the medical tent in the second quarter for evaluation. He did not return to the game, remaining on the sideline. The television broadcast reported that Kittle has been ruled out with a hamstring injury.
