SANTA CLARA — Running back Christian McCaffrey’s status for the 49ers’ regular-season opener is officially in question.The 49ers listed McCaffrey as questionable for the Week 1 game at the Seattle Seahawks due to an unspecified calf issue. He missed the first eight games of the season last year because of Achilles tendinitis.McCaffrey was observed Friday in uniform on a side field while his teammates began drills at the beginning of practice. McCaffrey went through light warmup movements under the direction of a member of the team’s athletic training staff.Coach Kyle Shanahan declined to get into specifics of McCaffrey’s condition when he spoke with reporters.
