49ers getting healthier as rookies Upton Stout, Jordan James return to practice

SANTA CLARA — The 49ers now are in regular-season mode, with only the early portion of Wednesday’s practice open to the media.During the approximately 20 minutes when media can observe, players can be seen doing warming up and stretching as a team, followed by positional drills.
