NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Brock Purdy is the highest-paid player in 49ers history, but the quarterback has not changed at all, according to fellow signal-callers Mac Jones and Tanner Mordecai.Both of Purdy’s backups were first-time participants at Tight End University in Nashville last week, an annual event hosted by George Kittle, and they spoke to NBC Sports Bay Area about the franchise quarterback.“He hasn’t changed at all,” Jones said. “We went out and played golf, and he’s going to be the same guy.
