DE Charles Omenihu (oblique, questionable)
Charles Omenihu headed for the locker room late in the first quarter. Jordan Willis replaced him at defensive end. Omenihu emerged from the locker room early in the second quarter and slowly returned to the sideline.
The 49ers announced that Omenihu is questionable to return due to an oblique injury.
Update: Omenihu returned to the game in the second quarter.
