The 49ers on Wedensday signed Ethan Westbrooks, 29, who didn't play in the NFL last year after he was released by the Raiders on Aug. 31. Westbrooks, an undrafted free agent from West Texas A&M, had 79 tackles and nine sacks while making 11 starts with the Rams from 2014 to 2018.
