Head coach Kyle Shanahan said Wednesday right tackle Mike McGlinchey will have arthroscopic knee surgery Thursday and will miss four to six weeks after he was injured in a 31-3 win over the Browns on Monday. The 49ers also lost fullback Kyle Juszczyk (knee), another key part of their ground game, and he is also expected to miss four to six weeks.
