49ers glad 2020 season is finally over

Like so many around the world, the way the San Francisco 49ers reacted to the end of 2020 can be summed up in one word -- relief.
Of course, things got quite unusual for the 49ers towards the end of 2020, given the fact the team had to live in a hotel in Arizona for over a month in order to finish its season after local COVID-19 ordinances in Santa Clara shut down any remaining home games. The 49ers' season came to an end with a 26-23 loss to the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, which means the players, coaches, and staff will now get the chance to go home -- and in some cases see their families -- for the first time in 32 days.

The San Francisco 49ers embark on an offseason filled with more questions than answers. However, the main focus of the media will be on the team's quarterback situation. Will Jimmy Garoppolo be back in 2021, or has he suited up in red and gold for the last time?
The 49ers players know the situation and eagerly await to see how it is resolved. They want to see Garoppolo return and endorsed him as the team's quarterback in 2021.
"We'll see," wide receiver Kendrick Bourne said when asked about the situation. "I don't know if they're talking about drafting anybody, but I believe in Jimmy, I believe in [C.J. Beathard] and [Nick Mullens]. I play with all those guys. I caught a touchdown from each one of them, so I don't really mind who's back there,
