Joshua Garnett will miss three weeks after finger surgery

49ers offensive guard Joshua Garnett underwent surgery on his finger, Matt Maiocco of NBCSportsBayArea.com reports. Garnett is expected to miss three weeks, Kyle Shanahan said Thursday.
