Report: 49ers sign Mike McGlinchey to rookie contract

The 49ers' first draft pick won't be their last rookie to sign. On Sunday, right tackle Mike McGlinchey, the No. 9 overall pick, signed a four-year contract worth $18.3 million guaranteed, the NFL Network reported. The deal is actually expected to be formalized Monday, a source said. The agreement leaves wide receiver Dante Pettis, a second-round pick, as the only unsigned member of the team's nine-man draft class before training camp begins Wednesday. Pettis is one of seven NFL rookies who remains unsigned. Last year, the 49ers signed defensive tackle Solomon Thomas, the No. 3 overall pick, during their first training-camp practice.
