There will be no T.O. in Ohio. Former 49ers wide receiver Terrell Owens announced Thursday that he will decline his invitation to the Pro Football Hall of Fame induction ceremony on Aug. 4 in Canton, Ohio. Hall of Fame president and CEO David Baker released a statement terming Owens' decision "unprecedented." But it may not be completely surprising given Owens' penchant for doing things his way during a 15-year career marked by on-field brilliance and locker-room divineness. "While I am incredibly appreciative of this opportunity, I have made the decision to publicly decline my invitation to attend the induction ceremony in Canton," Owens said.
