John Lynch discussed twice-arrested Reuben Foster on Wednesday, but his words didn't provide much clarity about the inside linebacker's future with the 49ers. The 49ers general manager broke the franchise's silence that followed Foster's arrest on Feb. 11 on charges on domestic violence, making threats and possession of an assault weapon. The 49ers offered a brief statement the day of Foster's arrest, but hadn't publicly addressed the matter until Lynch spoke with local writers at the NFL combine in Indianapolis.
