Cleveland is so ridiculously talented. The only weakness I can think of is their pick and roll defense. They have everything else covered.

I have to agree with this.
If they lose, it will be a monumental fail for Lebron

Mike Brown's done a much better job this year, IMO. I think he's a good coach now.

Can you really suddenly become a good coach?

LOL. Fair question.
Their biggest weakness, which I harped on incessantly last year, was LeBron's ball dominance. They've really scaled that back, so I guess I credit Brown with that by default. And they've played hard every night ever since he got there, which is a positive reflection on the coach. I also think he's done a wonderful job of managing his rotation of bigs. He has a stretch 4 (Jamison), a banger 4 (Varejao), a stretch 5 (Z), and a banger 5 (Shaq). He has a lot of arrows in the quiver, and I think he's used them well.
Plus there's Hickson and Powe.

He was always a good Defensive coach, having the offensive options that he does now has made his job easier.

The biggest proof that coaches don't really matter lol.
I don't mean to steal from Bill Simmons, but players should just coach themselves.
