Our defense was stout before the Stanford crew came in.

I think "dark ages" is putting it lightly, reality is we are in the depths of football hell.

No one would've predicted Willis to retire and Kaep to be traded, NO ONE.
we traded Kaep ?

Lott and Craig. Not Rice. Not Young. And not Siefert.

I agree Young and Rice are better than anyone we currently have on the roster.

I do give Dingleberry credit for that. He did toughen these guys up and we were pretty good in the trenches on D. However, Fangio brought in a really really good scheme, something we lacked.

Maybe we never really left the dark ages. Maybe the last four years were meant to torture us. How else could we explain the heart breaking losses back-to-back-to-back in the playoffs.

Anyone see the latest Age of Ultron trailer? It's sorta like that. "I was designed to save the world. People looked to the sky and see hope. I'll take that from them first"

Of course, I am being sarcastic, but it feels that way sometimes lol.
