Baldwin inactive is fine, it's not like anyone besides Q and VD catch passes. I do agree LMJ should be activated, though. Get him snaps, a few returns vs. a horrific team.

Its partially retractable. it can close some, but not all the way. Not sure if it is or not though

i am working this morning at a radio and tv station and just got a story about how the storm will hit the london area tonight with lots of rain, winds,the worst storm since the 1987 great storm, i just want the team and our fans to get in, get the job done, get out and beat the storm home if there anyone at the game who can tell us if the locals are worried about this or not? i know we iowans make fun of people who panic when they get a five inch snow storm because its just another small event for us
