If we lose this game tonight, my hope would be that we'd shelve Crabtree for the rest of the season. Because our playoff hopes are pretty much gone if we don't start winning again -- starting tonight.
And why play Crabs if you have zero hopes of making the playoffs? Why?

Interesting. 49ers.com was reporting he was participating in practice, albeit in a limited capacity at times.
