As for him being so high on Smith, he has no choice.

People in the raiders organization. Lombardi for one...

i guess it's now safe to say that....Harbaugh....REALLY knows QUARTERBACKS.

I think he really does. He has a better clue than McDRUNK, NoWin and Dingleberry. Those guys were absolute idiots. Hopefully he can find the right one.

And if he fails to find the right one, hopefully it doesnt take him 6+ years to figure out that he didnt.

I'm not doubting Harbaugh's ability to evaluate QB talent...

But I'd like to see the list of QBs he got wrong. He has been around plenty long enough to create a sizable list there too.

In all seriousness who could be worse.

Are you agreeing with him or just missed a "?" at the end of that?

Bill Walsh swung and missed quite a bit too. Nobody's perfect.

Why does he have no choice? He can decide he doesn't like Alex Smith very easily. He obviously sees something in Alex that he feels he can work with.

Ostriches lay the largest egg of any bird. They also bury their heads in the sand.

Code word = Ostrich.
I think harbaugh can mold ostrich in to a high flying bird. His whole career ostrich has had bad trainers, now that he has a good one he has no excuse, time to spread your wings ostrich!
