I know this. That has nothing to do with the fact that Morgan is a better FOOTBALL PLAYER than Ginn and was taken after the 5th round.

Ginn was being shopped for a 5th. Any GM could have pulled this trade off.

The question is if Scotty would have wanted to.
McCloughan would hold on to draft picks like it was his 1st born child. I agree that you have to build thru the draft but when someone like Santonio Holmes, Brandon Marshall, or Tedd Ginn are availble for next to nothing you have to take a chance.
