He'll be long gone by then. The TEs in this draft class are absolutely stacked. Incredible talent, especially from the late 1st to early 3rd.

I've been down here for it - not the whole week but I got credentialed for it. If you guys have any questions just shoot them over, might be faster to get me on twitter @jonnydels. the players are meeting with NFL teams today and so there's no media stuff. I'm gonna go tour the battleship Alabama so that's why I say you'll get a faster response if you tweet at me or DM me on twitter. Tweeting at me can get shared here easier but I'll be on the move most of today.

Hell yeah we got one of our own down there! Awesome JD, keep doing this thing man it's your calling card

It appears this year that every team will meet with every player, something new Nagy has setup.

Oh wow! That's actually pretty good for both the players and teams; just sucks for us fans trying to piece the puzzle together

Usually, someone through the 49ers will hold one or two meetings with players they are interested in before the draft. BUT, that doesn't necessarily mean they will be drafted. Some go undrafted and get signed as FA. Others don't get signed at all.

I found the meetings between Brock Purdy and Brian Griese to be interesting. But, I did not learn of those meetings until after the fact (after BP was drafted). Only then did BP mention them.

Right?

I do expect that they'll have serious interest in Bergeron though, he checks all the boxes and working with Staley doesn't hurt.

Shoot get him with one of the 3rd round picks then!!!! Hopefully they come away with another TE like Levine Toilolo, man if he was on Hasaan Redick, I doubt Purdy gets injured. Darnell Washington outa Georgia looks the part at 6'7' 265 pounds.

This draft is so good at TE, if Kyle really wants an upgrade there, they'll be able to find someone, even in the 3rd.
Blake Freeland BYU playing RT looking good

No way Musgrave falls to us. He recorded one of the fastest speeds of any player at the practices, period.

Much higher probability is Payne Durham from Purdue - though that might be out.

He's a receiving TE for sure. Really smooth route runner, knows how to use his body and leverage well. Not a great run blocker though.

Alabama's Cameron Latu is a possible choice. Reminds me of Dwelley but with more upside.
