San Francisco is coming off an injury-plagued 2025 season but still finished 12-5 and secured a playoff berth despite a third-place finish in the NFC West.
The 49ers' playoff run included advancing past the Philadelphia Eagles in the Wild Card Round before falling to the eventual Super Bowl champion, the Seattle Seahawks, in the Divisional Round.
