The San Francisco 49ers announced today that they have been awarded four compensatory picks in next month's NFL Draft. These picks are for the free agent losses of Chris Culliver, Perrish Cox, Frank Gore and Dan Skuta.
The additional selections bring the 49ers total up to 12 overall picks. The following are the picks that were awarded to San Francisco.
These picks cannot be traded. However, starting next year, teams will be able to trade compensatory selections.
