ESPN's Josina Anderson reports that the San Francisco 49ers have scheduled an interview this week with Buffalo Bills assistant head coach Anthony Lynn for their head coach vacancy.

Lynn, who also coaches the running backs in Buffalo, already has an interview for the Miami Dolphins head coach job scheduled for Wednesday. He has been the running backs coach for numerous teams since 2003.
Lynn, 46, is a former running back for the Denver Broncos (1993, 1997-99) and 49ers (1995-96) and interviewed for the New York Jets' head-coaching vacancy after Rex Ryan was fired last season.
