The San Francisco 49ers announced today that they have placed RB Shaun Draughn (knee) on IR, ending his season.
Draughn was injured during the 49ers' Week 15 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. Due to the injury to RB Carlos Hyde, Draughn was signed by the 49ers on November 2.
To to take his place, the team has claimed TE Je'Ron Hamm from the Washington Redskins.
