According to the Boston Herald, the San Francisco 49ers are interested in free agent wide receiver Donte’ Stallworth.

Free agent wideout Donte’ Stallworth wrapped up his free agent tour with a trip to Miami yesterday.

Though a decision was expected today, the San Francisco 49ers reportedly jumped into the fray late and may delay the proceedings a bit. Stallworth has stated his desire to return to Philadelphia, but the Eagles signed ex-Patriot Bethel Johnson yesterday and will host free agent Kevin Curtis today.

49ers see a jump in one power ranking heading into Week 12

The San Francisco 49ers didn't play this past weekend but look to kick off the season's final six games with a win over the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday. The team is also hoping to emerge from its bye week healthier, getting several key players back. "If we can use this bye week to help us get healthier," head coach Kyle Shanahan said last week, "we can come back and play a little bit better football from it because I do feel we've got the guys in our building, and some guys coming back.
