San Francisco 49ers CB Dontae Johnson was injured during punt coverage in the third quarter of play against the Cincinnati Bengals. He was tended to by 49ers medical staff but was able to slowly walk off the field.
Johnson, selected by the 49ers in the fourth round of the 2014 NFL Draft, has had 42 tackles, eight passes deflected and an interception during his career.
