In June, Miller pleaded no contest to misdemeanor disturbing peace in connection with a March 5 argument with his former fiancée.
Miller was accused of smashing the woman's cellphone outside a Santa Clara garage and was arrested on suspicion of spousal battery. He was later just charged with vandalism after the woman denied there was any physical contact between Miller and herself.
